We are a hands-on "mom & pop" team that has been in business over 20 years. No corporate nonsense here!

We have a crew of workers dedicated to maintenance, repairs and rehab work. All the buildings' common spaces are kept professionally clean. We employ a landscaping service in the summer and in the winter to keep the sidewalks and stairs clear of snow and ice.

We offer condo-quality apartments without the hassle (or risk) of owning. All apartments have high-end kitchens boasting granite countertops with stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and microwave/exhaust). Baths are also top notch utilizing high quality faucets and vanities, along with heated marble floors to keep your toes warm in our long Chicago winters.
